wow i have these tracks that i got when i was in undergrad off of oth.net an old FTP download site... never knew they were from this version of the album, but they all have in the title (NON-ALBUM)... Aren't these the same tracks off of the self-titled disc?

311 lists GLU as one of their influences in the blue album insert. Additionally, the song "What was I thinking" on transistor always seemed like a pretty blatant rip-off of "don't know how to be" to me.

i just looked at my blue album insert and i didn't see anything refering to GLU??

so I looked through a few pages and I couldn't find anything about this. It seems obviously intentional that if you hold up the insert to the light the bubbles completely cover over the "smoky city" on the opposite side, I guess 1984-ish. Just wanted to share, if this is old news then oh well! :)
