well... i read http://www.erowid.org.
i didnt believe it so i figured no harm. i got a thing of nutmegs, a spice thing of whole ones, i ground em up like crazy, put them in milk, (cuz its so dry it tastes like yuckiness and makes you feel like all the water has been sucked outta ya. like 2 nutmegs is like a lot, and i think its poisonous i cant remember,
