draven is correct, CPR has nothing to do with this release. So I have no idea where they got that statement from.

as far as blabbermouth is concerned, I read about the first 30 responses to Dave's passing and they were not mean but those guys on there are usually total jerks and I really don't want to read anymore.

I got that vibe too..... I just think that CP shouldof not said any statement which they have no control of..... Then again that goes back to business politics in the music business.....

1ftinthegrave will NOT be on the album. I asked David and he said he didn't really like the song and it would not be on the album.

That was a pretty good song..... May be he didn't feel the right vibe for that song.....
