some of the names dropped to do guest vocals.

Anyway....i really don't have any preference to who does vocals....
as long as they do a good job, cuz for me (and i probubly speak for a majority of Davids fans...and friends!) this album is very important.
And I know Dave Sherman will see to it.
David told me last summer that they were trying to get the singer from my chemical romance.....i didn't say much about it...i wasn't really thrilled with the idea.
David said something about his music being "emotronic", i didn't argue with him...i hate the term emo....David's music shouldn't have a cheap label stapled to it.
I just call it good music
anyway......no billy corgan.
I love the pumpkins....BUT
i feel the same way david did about this,
I talked to David one night after he just got back from Billy Corgans show....i asked how it was...and David said..."it sucked".
I just don't want to hear someone murder Davids songs....

im sad about this.. i mean cuz like this is dave last few songs ever EVER. nothing more will come after this, omfg i mean he deserved so much more (hopefully he has it now) aww man i hope his cd blows away elliott smith and all those ppl cuz dave rox and the world should know it.

Well if Unshure is correct on that.... I am sadden to hear that it will be that whinning singer..... I am not big on My Chemical Romance and I don't like them at all.... Same feeling I get from Billy COrgan.... If it is him then I am very sad..... I respect anyone who likes them but I had to express my opinion on them...... Sorry....

I hope not.......but over the summer David mentioned that that singer might have a cameo on his album.
Like I said...i wasn't really happy hearing that...but David seemed exited.
But as far as i know...i know as much as everyone else.
I hope any guest vocals are by recording artists who either know David...or have some immedient connection to him.
..but lets stay postitive...it's to my knowledge that David was only 3 weeks from the albums completion...soo i would imagine at least 70% of it was done....
Cuz he was working his ass off this summer!
PLUS...Dave Sherman was there every step of the way...and still is.

Yes, David Gahan has been brought up a few times...
