If you got a cool story about how haveing a pet has helped you through a rough time or how you came about haveing your pet or anything of that manner then share.

omfg!! yess i have a tabby ccat named milo, he's so #### cute and sweet!! i love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hwe got hit by a car in april of 1997, and so he was blind in one eye, b/c his eye got popped outta his head, cuz some #### asshole college student drove into him (the one day my cat #### sneakes out of the house) and the kid's like "ill pay the medical bills" and of course, disappears. thank god my parents + i drove him tto the only 24 hour emergency vet, up in north andover, ma....it was liek a 20 mile drive.. either way, the poor baby got his arm shaved, got needles in him to gi e him like fluids and stuff, they sutured hios eye until the muscle grew back (he can now blink in the formerly 'dead eye area' and he can see...but his hearing has got wicked acute. anyway. after like feeding him purred food thru this tube they put in his neck for a few months, he gained weight and healed rapidly (see what love can do?) and then he could eat normally, and now he's my happy husky kitty!! but lemme tell you if i ever become psychic, and figure out where that stupid #### of a guy is, i'm so going to do something to his car or house or HIM!!! well not really...i dont want anymore bad things happening to me...i got too much bad crap happening to me as you know (see injury thread)

OH DID I TELL YOU? Today in the #### blizzard of 2006 noreaster, i slipped and fell in the middle of the road, landing smack on my back, trying to hekp some prick of a kid who drove into a #### snowbank, cuz he's a retard that doesnt realize that THERE WAS SNOWBANKS EVERYWHERE...

anyways...

I wish i had a pic to put up of my cat. My parents got him at the animal shelter when they were looking for their cat that ran away and this was about the time that me and my wife were haveing our problems and oliver was like on his last week or so there and then they were going to put him down. it's funny because they had no intention of getting another cat because they have this humunganoid german shephard and like 2 other tabbys and with my sister and brother running around there it's like a friggin' zoo. well they kept seeing this fat orange tabby there and he was so sad looking they said and everytime they lt him out of the cage he was so happy to see them, so eventually they gave up lookling for the other cat and took oliver home. well he was living there i guess for like a month or so after my little relapse and my wife kicking me out and i was forced to either go bck out on the streets or try to get my #### together at my mom's house. so i moved in there. I was haveing such a hard time because of what was going on with me and her and my son and I already have like the worst anxiety problems and just worry about everything and this fat little #### who my mom said was atteched to her ass like 24/7 ignored her now that i moved in and kept following me around the house and i'd wake up with a #### fat orange cat ass in my face because he decided to lay next to me. and god forbid if i tried to close the door so he couldn't get in he'd meow and meow and scratch with his chubby clawless paws and i remember one night i ignored him and he was so mad he wouldn't come to me for 2 weeks. Then i started working again and my mom said he wouldn't stop walking around the house meowing and whining and staring out the window and ####. so when it came time to move out it was kind of apparent that I would have to take him with me. But, man If I wouldn't of had that cat to calm my nerves down I don't know. Just something about haveing him around helped me make it through alot of that pain. and he still does. of course im still a nervous wreck and I have alot of #### problems but that cat lets me forget about alot of that #### when he lays in my lap or does stupid stuff like not eat ground beef but mow down on white bread. he's awesome.

Funny, I always used to think I was a dog person...

When I was living on the streets I was camping out with some friends that had a black and white cat named milo. he was pretty cool, he would always run around and kill baby moles. and then he would leave them in front of our tents.

my cat got wicked sick yesterday. ive had to feed him chicken soup and stuff. ya. my cat eats chicken soup. he's getting over like this 'flu' but he keeps walking funny. i think he has been kinda weak so his hindlegs keep like, caving under him...or maybe he's losing balance cu z of an ear infection? i dotn see on ethough..and otherwise he is normal aside from the sneezies and the sniffles and the sleepiness... poor thing. right now hes all cuddled up in his kitty bed sleeping and stuff...awww...

Since everyone is posting pics of their pets I will too..... My wife and I have a pet Yorkshire named Jordy..... He is one year old....

I just found a mate for my dogg..... Actually my mother in law found a female yorkshire on the street.... Poor doggy was all wet and hungry.... I have to take her to the vet.... If anyone is interested let me know.... I want to give her a good home.....
