Paid Corporate Punishment. Twice. Both times PayPal refused to refund my order, and both times Corporate Punishment (aptly titled) will not answer my emails nor send the CD.

Will someone please have mercy and send me some mp3s or something? I've already paid almost $30 for this EP.

I promise to get em to you tomorrow..working overtime today and do not have the CD with me to rip on my laptop....1 ft in the grave is good and Spinning is awesome but I think my fav track on that album (and I think it is on the Fluzee Ep too) is still "Blaming the Truth"

I agree

Blaming the Truth is definitely very cool, but that track appears on the Fluzee '7EP', and it's the one track on the album that seems to have been recorded well.

Not that the songs aren't awesome, but the quality of the recordings are low, to say the least. That's why I'm also looking forward to 'Final Frontier' because I love that song and I want to hear it without pops and mastering errors. If only 'Situation' and 'My Famous Lie' got the same treatment.

Anyways, don't worry about the slight delay, for heaven's sake. You're doing ME a favor, remember? :)

yeah, another great shining example of the power of Dave and Jeff together: Blaming was written by Dave but actually mixed by Jeff..and that's why you can tell the difference between the quality of that track and some of the solo stuff dave did...I don't know for sure but I think Jeff has a little more mixing/studio knowledge than Dave had..but maybe not..but that's what my ears tell me..I think in most GLU songs both guys played guitar, synth and wrote but I think most song structures and lyrics (of course ) were Dave's ideas and then the classic pop/rock approach Dave had was deconstructed and warped by both guys but probably more Jeff's doing..especially beats and mixing

I didn't get the tracks, but thanks. If you wouldn't mind mailing it, I'd reimburse you any postage. Give me your email so I can send you my home address.

Thanks for the huge effort,

I really appreciate the effort you folks are making to get me the music. My Yahoo account, unfortunately, does not look like it's going to allow me to recieve the files.

Our only option is snail mail. Now, I do not want to post my home address on this site. If someone wants to do me the favor of mailing it to me (and be reimbursed for postage), one of two things need to happen. Either:

1) Someone gives me their EMAIL address do I can mail them my HOME address for the purposes of snail-mailing the tracks, or

2) Someone emails me with a request for my home address, if they don't want to post their own email address here.

I don't think there's any other solution. So if no one wants to do that, I'm going to consider the matter closed. I would, however, greatly appreciate it if someone does mail it to me, as I don't see any other way of getting this music. Corporate Punishment has been uncooperative (and sleazy).

Thanks for your patience and time,
-James
