any chance of Amazon MP3 (higher quality / no DRM)? though I may just wait for a physical product if that's going down. I hate i-tunes.

it is there... I have a TuneCore account to get my music onto iTunes and Amazon.com (thats how my band's album and the David Reilly "surprise" is getting there.)
Tunecore sent me a message saying it will take 4-6 weeks for the "tracks" to go live... however when my band put our album on iTunes it only took like 72 hours... it has been uploaded, its just a waiting game for Tunecore to kick in now...
I would also like to say: what has been uploaded is WAY MORE than what you are expecting!!!
Just keep checking iTunes and use "David Reilly" as the search... you wont be dissapointed.

ok, the tracks were accepted and verified this morning through TuneCore (the company that hosts the tracks on iTunes etc.)
These tracks will be available on iTunes and Rhapsody as soon as TuneCore approves the uploads.
Just a hint of what will be available; there is a total of four (4) seperate albums with a combined total of forty-two (42) David Reilly songs.
Keep checking iTunes / Rhapsody and use David Reilly as the search (everything was listed under that.... ie not Dave Reilly etc). If someone sees that it went live before I do, please post it. I will keep checking and when I see that the tracks are live I will post it too.
TuneCore says it can take up to six (6) weeks for an album to go live on iTunes and Rhapsody but like I said, my band's album is on iTunes and I think I remember it only taking 72 hours even though they said "up to 6 weeks". *shurgs*

just checked tunecore... the status of the tracks are "processing". I know its been a week now but "processing" is the last stage before they go live on iTunes and Rhapsody so we are almost there...
it will be worth the wait, I promise you...

No other options than Itunes? Some of us don't like to use proprietary software and get raped by DRM.

no, I posted above that the tracks will be on iTunes, Rhapsody, and Amqazon.com's MP3 store.... so there are three (3) options.
