What do you guys think of this movie??

I thought it was HORRIBLE

I think it's probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Johnny Depp's portrayal is so unfunny, so uninteresting, so blah. What a joke. The rest of the movie was OK (cause they put so much money into the set and the soundtrack is by Danny Elfman) but Johnny Depp's version of Willy Wonka ruins it. I was expecting at least something entertaining but it made me sick, it was really not at all funny or interesting.

I usually like Tim Burton movies too... Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Sleepy Hollow, Nightmare Before Christmas, Big Fish were all good movies in my opinion. I just realized Danny Elfman must've written those terrible Oompa Loompa songs from the movie... shame on you Danny, go back to Oingo Boingo where you belong. Oingo Boingo ruled, and now you suck.

i didnt see it. the only ppl i knew who saw it were stoners who thought depp was hot. eww. he's so lame.

I generally like Johnny Depp. Blow is one of my favorite movies. But I don't know what he was thinking with Willy Wonka...

I saw it. It was ok. Not what I expected...I guess it was truer to the book than the Gene Wilder one, but I liked the Wilder one better.

I liked the new one BUT I didn't like Johnny Depp's portrayal of Willy Wonka. Gene Wilder will always be Willy Wonka to me.
