What do you think? I think he should live. Only because i would hate for him to die.

he he lives and we find out he sucks we could always kill him later...
but i dont believe in the death penalty anyway.

but killing someone is something we cant undo. if you believe in a god or something like that, i think only god/fate shoudl take lives not people. if its wrong for a murderer to do it why should the state feel authorized to do it?? oh im soooo pissssed off!!

like i said i dont believe in the death penalty. but sometime abrasiveness gets peoples attention to where you want it.

poor guy. well, hopefully he's with dave and richard pryor and everyone else.

I think due to the overloading of people in prison we should start getting rid of some old garbage...... I still don't know why dangerous murders are still living..... I don't think us humans should play God and kill people but as a citizen I don't want to pay taxes on these scumbags to chill in some cell and watch cable..... #### that.... They have more luxury than some of us....

Well in a few hours ol' Tookie Williams will be a goner. Alot of hollywood types are crying about it. What's new? So let's say he did not do it. He is innocent of this one crime. His gang related activities have been responsible for hundreds if not a thousand deaths indirectly. Not to mention all the violence perpetuated. So he goes into a prison and is an ass for like 12 years. Most likely he got pushed out of control of the gang and decided hey I have no control well maybe I was wrong. So now he writes childrens books on staying out of gangs. He is giving very good lessons on what happens when you join a gang. So let's all thank Stanley Tookie Williams because tonight he is going to teach our kids the ultimate lesson. Bad people are punished.

I honestly do not think watching tv 12 hours a day every day for 20 years plus is pleasurable. For one i would start to hate the world. Seeing how fack things really are. AND Commercials!!! Torture. Also, i would really start wishing for my old life being constantly reminded of how things used to be. That is what hell is. Something you once loved and can no longer have. Always there, but not close enough to touch.

I think money is not wasted on them. We could always let people who have payed for their crimes go.... instead of locking them up forever.

If someone is on the death penalty haven't we decided that there lives are not worth it? Why wait 70 years and then kill them. i understand how people can be falsely charged so at least have a minimum of 15 years so things can get sorted out.

well there are two sides and both have good points. personally I think that we should consider gangs doemstic terrorists and sanctions some assinations of their top level leaders. Now that's good prime time.

i just dont think humans have the right to play god, no matter how assinine peopel are. otherwise i gd get weapons and hurt ppl who piss me off...see? it just one of those things where the boundaries could get blurred and its not so cut an dry. i.m.o.

I agree with you Silver but on the other hand if someone killed my loved one (anyone family friend) I would personally torture them and kill them myself..... As bad as it might sound I don't believe that much in the Justice system.... Too many #### holes in it.... No offense but look at OJ.... I mean really they should have been charged.... I know we shouldn't play God but I also believe in eye for an eye.... Jails aren't enough.... Lord you brought up a good point but if you think about it how many actually do think the way you do.... NOt much.... Most just get big and buff so they can come out and do the same #### again..... Murders should just get axed from the start..... Just imagine an ex con who was in jail for murder or for molestation driving your kids to school since he has a job as a school bus driver..... How about if he does it again..... This case is real too.... So #### that.... I say kill them all take their land and go there for vacation......

Dookie Tookie played God. He killed and older couple and their daughter when she came in. He killed a 20-something worker at a 7-11. He stood over the dying guy and taunted him.

You may think I am cruel. I am not, I am not caught up in the leftist ideas that are being attached to this. I am a realist. He deserves worse than what he got. He deserves severe punishment. We all know the death penalty does not deter crime, there is no way to observe or measure its effects in that way. But for the parents of that kid and the family of those other people I hope there is some relief. My bleeding heart is with them not with that punk ass gang member, worthless piece of crap, human toilet paper Dookie Tookie.

see its just cyclical. there is no beginning and no end, someone always started some problem with someone else so if everyone killed everybody in the reverse domino effect itd just prove thatr we let our emotions get to us and then we'd all be dead...

Its all about the mind of the person.... Some get all emotional and they should not own a gun because yeah your right they would kill everyone who pisses them off.... But there are people who wouldn't kill everyone..... Unless they are in a situation where they might die.... In which I personally being in that situation I would kill before being killed..... Survival skills which is a part of life.... Look at the animals.... They kill other animals for survival..... In a way killing really isn't playing God......
