teeth (thank you david reilly)

Post by silvercrank »

A simple situation, that I, could have easily overlooked, that is if it wasnt for my personal hero, i dont know where i'd be right now.

i was sitting here a few minutes ago, fumbling around (not to be gross) with my teeth. i have some wisdom teeth growing in, and since i dont really have alot of room for my last two, it has been particularly uncomforable for me. so im feeling my teeth with my toungue mindlessly when i felt something...that isnt normal to FEEL through your teeth.

so there was the red flag. i stuck my finger next to my last full grown top wisdom tooth, just to feel a chip in the side, and a gap in it. once i pulled up the minor chipped part i noticed that it was bleeding a little.

obviously i just thought of david, and all that. so i guess i woundt be so alarmed if it wasnt for the outcome of david's problem... the infection, and all that...so yeah im freaking out right now. but i guess all i have to do is get this broken one out to make room for the new tooth.

i hate dentists though. but now i know i have to go.

and im really trying to avoid thinking that "THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS COINCIDENCES". especially since the way my life has unfolded this year, things have been eeriely adding up...

somebody tell me nice words...im freaking out.

I pretty much had the same problem about 3-4 years ago. Around 5 years ago I was told that I had to get my wisdom teeth out. My gums had become infected and they weren't coming in right. I got my medication from him took it, and the infection cleared up so I ignored it for a year or so until it happened again. This time I went to an Oral Surgeon who told me that if I didn't do something about it this time, I would end up in the Hospital for sure. I had all four cut out after that.

I've gotten a bit paranoid myself. I have a wisdom tooth that's basically broke completely apart and now I'm worried about infections. I would have never thought it to be possible to die so easily from a tooth infection.

Also, somebody I work with was telling me about how her tooth was really hurting, and I told her the story about how one of my idols just died from a tooth infection, and she was like, I'm getting it looked at tomorrow.

dentists would probably have a field day with us. i have to point out something to all of you vefore you all get crazy with this... my mom had a cracked wisdom tooth and the gumm immediately started growing over it, so now there is gum where the tooth used to be. no biggie, as long as you dont kill your mouth overbrushing.

ive found myself pulling my mouth as wide open as possible looking in the mirror. im gonna go to a homeopathic/natural dentist b/c i hate regular ones that want to xray my head off and fill me full of poisonous flouride (sodium flouridde is a derivative of nuclear waste, and the pharmacological/drug industries have been allowed ot sell it as a "wonderful product to help ppls teeth."

oh in high doses flouride can do harm to the body and result in a lower iq b/c of damage to the cells throughout critical parts of the mouth/head area (it ges absorbed)

ok ok anyway REMEMBER david died because his liver could not TAKE the medication so his body was fighting both the medication and trying to clear the blood in the lung... and there fore having a doublewhammy like that is a setup for disaster. i trust that you guys dont have livers that are that damaged, maybe close, but not that bad, i dunno.

ive been stressed so i have been grinding my teeth without knowing it and the acid that is causing my 'teething' of the back wisdom teeth have ben driving me nuts, but at least i know I broke the tooth somehow and its not a cavity.

i use toms of maine propolis+myrrh baking soda toothpaste. myrrh is a very healing herb and is symbiotic with the body's healing. so relax. the human body is an amazing 50,000,000,000 (trillion) celled mechanism, trust in it alittle. but dont skip out on the preventative maintenance either. and if your teeth/gums hurt GO TO A DENTIST

im gonna hopefully in early january.

Pretty much any infection if bad enough can cause you to become septic which can cause death if you're body (or medicine) can't fight it off.

I haven't been to the dentist since the 10th grade. Circa '91-92. The worst thing about my teeth is they're packed too close together. Of course, they could definitetly use a professional cleaning.

Yeah i remember chatting with dave oce over aim and he kept trying to tell me to obsessively brush my teeth if I was going to smoke meth or anything else because of all the chemicals and #### your takeing into your mouth rot your #### out. I'm so glad he told me that because if he hadn't i probably wouldn't still have all my teeth right now.
