I have something cool to add to the FTP
I know this is lame, but I have something to add to the FTP that probably nobody else can so I'm proud of myself.
My friend snagged the flyer (playbill?) off the wall when David Reilly played in Akron at The Lime Spider. It has artwork and is full color. I scanned it pretty high res at work today, but my stupid ass forgot to bring the disk home, so its in my office at work. I scanned it both as a PDF (25MB) and an image (around 8MB IIRC).
Yay for me!
One of my friends that I don't talk to anymore has one from GLU's show in Cleveland around 1996 that he grabbed at the show. Wish I could get a scan of that too, but I can't.

haha, I don't talk to that guy anymore unfortunately (his wife won't let him talk to any of his old friends, she's a bitch and he's her bitch).
At any rate, I stopped into my office today and grabbed the disk and uploaded them. There are two (the same thing though). One is just an image file and the other is a huge PDF file. Enjoy!

Is it messed up for you too?draven wrote:If you 'd like email to my gmail account and I can uploaded for you.....
BTW, I got the poster the other day (actually New Years Eve). Its really nice. Very clear. I uploaded it (high res upload) to Walgreens.com and ordered it from there. For the 16x20 it was around $18.
I need to get a frame for it and my other GLU concert poster.

Not only did I pay $18 for the reprint of the David Reilly poster, but I also paid $28 for a GLU concert poster. I will also be purchasing frames for them and they will go in my den. I'll post some pics when I get them done and up.silvercrank wrote:wow you ARE a hardcore glu fan... you paid $18 for a poster!! well i paid ;ike $60 for a glu press kit so wtf am i talking about
