on the ftp there's the track saying goodbye ver 2...

is there an earlier version, and if so does anyone have it so i could hear it?

I named that one ver. 2 because there was a version that was on david's myspace for about a day or so before ver. 2 replaced it.

I don't have ver. 1... so.. can't really help with that. I think the change between 1 and 2 was that the vocals were re-done.

I believe the difference between 1 and 2 was a track that was accidentally muted when encoded to mp3. I think I have V 1 somewhere, but I may have over written it. There really isn't anything different that stood out as far as I know.

I have one entitled "sayinggood", dated july 24 and I'm sure it came from his MS. I don't notice anything different, but I haven't tried to pick it apart. PM your email to me and I'll let you make the decision if you want to check it out.

I remember that!
I didn't get to download that 1st version of it....due to myspace difficulties.
I asked David if he could send it to me, but he said he replaced it with the new version.....
Soo yeah if anyone has the original that would be cool.
But i guess there wasn't really too much of a difference. :shock:

it sounds pretty much the same...althoughi think a few of the words were changed like 'me' to 'they' but im not entirely sure.
