I just had a conversation with my friend Tracie.
She was informed by a friend on myspace about the legal issues regaurding the albums release.
Nothing too informative, but her source said that it wouldn't hurt for all of us to contact Universal Records and not soo much complain...but to voice our concerns.

If anyone already posted something similar...forgive me....my heart was in the right place ...actually my Friend was the reason for this post...soo i can't take full credit.
I contacted Dave Sherman awhile back and he assured me the talk about legal problems was nonsense. Then I contacted RuffNation and they said there were some legal issues to work out w/ *Dave's family*, and that they were waiting on some of the guest singers, but that it wasn't anything too serious, more of a matter of time and whatnot.
I've reached the conclusion no one knows what the #### is going on.
...an if people DID know what was going on...i dont think they'd want to make it public... why? all it would do would be to serve as gossipp i guess which would be useless. lets just happy we have the internet copies of the songs.
