ok so I came home from a #### day at work and made myself a drink..a strong one..sat down with my laptop and threw in the EMPTY album and I just have to say GODDAYUM! you know I love the new WAW album and it's great to hear some new material from Jeff that's somewhat derivitive of GLU but DAMN I can still just get that rush when I hear songs like (but not only) Weaken or Tortoise...makes me miss the wonderful combination that never got a fraction of the recognition deserved and no one else has ever come close to emulating..I know Dave and Jeff had/have a lot of influences (Bowie, D Mode etc) but they both made their own sound and created something brilliant..I know many of you agree and feel the same so if you are already not doing so, go put on a GLU album...just because

I highly agree with you... I don't think there will be a GLU ever again...
