The Old Ranking System

I think we should reinstate the old ranking system, with "Fool" and "Tortoise" and "Choirboy" (or "Choirgirl" was that silvers?) and "Christ of the Reef" and what the hell was the other one? anyways, yeah, we should have that back.

That would be great. Everyone discuss a bit and when there is come kind of concensus we'll go with that.

Heres what the current settings are :
New - 0 posts
Rank 1 - 12 posts
Rank 2 - 100 posts
Rank 3 - 350 posts
Rank 4 - 750 posts
Rank 5 - 1500 posts

okay, so i motion that the numbers stay the same, except 1000 posts should be the top rank (making draven our cherry popper).

as for the ranks, again, I like most of the the old ones

rank one: fool**
rank two: American Robot Teen (freshness reversed by me)
rank three: tortoise **
rank four: choirboy** (or girl if silver ever comes back, and of course LA can have that one too)
rank five: christ of the reef**

'Christ of the Abyss' sounds a bit better no??

Also for the post count change... the gaps between each level need to grow. So if the top is moved down to 1000 some of the others need to bump down a bit too..

yeah that works. i like the jump from 0-12. man, it took me forever to get that twelfth post in. haha.

we might as well use "CotA" instead of the old one (CotR) because, that's what it's called officially, right?
