I need help uploading new GLU songs

I have songs no one has heard yet that I want to upload but don't know how:
Weissglut - "In Mir" (Along Again) (David Reilly remix) basically 'Spinning'
Bloodhound Gang - "Mama Say" (GLU remix)
David Holmes - "My Mate Paul" (Mass Hystereo remix)
Korn - "Got The Life" (GLU remix)
American Head Charge - "Just So You Know" (Wired All Wrong remix)
GLU "Off the Record" interviews
also I was gonna see if I can upload the first two albums from Jeff Turzo & Scott Garrett's first band:
Pop's Cool Love - A Man (full album)
Pop's Cool Love - self titled (full album)

I'm pretty sure most people haven't heard these remixes

Upload them to the ftp. There are instructions on the thread. Just use a cheap free program from download.com like ftpsurfer.
