i met him 3 times. i hooked him up with free computer work and some music cd's like NiN: With Teeth and David Bowie's Low album, and a few MP3 cd's.
1 of which was full of GLU and DR songs. alot of his own music he didnt even have on hand. so that allowed him to distribute some of his God LIves UNderwater tunes through AOL instant messenger like how he sent me Demos of his tunes since last summer
anyhow i know its tommarrow morning, i thought i was going with someone who is also friends with david. but they pulled out, they couldnt go for various reasons. some people would much rather have memorys of them alive not in a casket. my father was cremated. but my mother and grandmother werent.
so its a touchy situation, death and funerals always are.
my father died only a year and a half ago.
my bestfriends brother got shot and killed only a few weeks ago.
i knew him before i was friends with his little brother who is now my bestfriend, and also a fan of DR and GLU. we used to listen to "life in the so called space age" consistantly while we played playstation NHL hockey or whatever we were doing. it was quit a soundtrack for ourlives in 1998.
anyhow if anyone is going to the funeral tomarrow and are from Northeast Philadelphia like near Cityline , andalusia/bensalem, Franklin Mills, etc.
please grab me up so i can attend the funeral.
if it doesnt happen it doesnt happen maybe it wasnt meant to be.
