tomorrow (Tues 10/16) the book will be released... finally.

Promo copies went out today. So tomorrow all the order forms and different versions of the book will be posted pretty much EVERYWHERE and it will now become public.

An order form for the book will be posted in this thread tomorrow for anyone who doesnt have myspace or go goes to the book's myspace page.

ATTENTION: all proceeds from the book, and all add-on CDs will be going to a college fund (savings bond) for David’s 10 years-old nephew. All prices include any shipping & handling charges and any processing payment fees. I'm very proud of all the work and though you've put into this over the past year. I wish I had the time and energy to have helped you more.

Put Dave/GLU mix on shuffle on the way in to work today and first song was Far From Home. Kind of hit hard since today's my bday and although he doesn't mean me in the song it was like wtf.

I'll be ordering as soon as my paypal account is verified again (since I moved to IL I switched banks and never did that so now I have to wait).

Question... I would like to get the Mantis package, BUT I would also like to order some additional Tribute CD's as well. Any option for that????

i already have most of the extras, so i have a question, are they just cd-rs with the titles scrawled on them in sharpie, or are we at least looking at cover art for the discs?

for a copy of the Tribute CD without the book, you will have to wait till it goes up on iTunes in November OR buy it directly from Randy. I am only dealing with the CD as a package with the book.
